Abstract： |
On the background of degenerating of townscape while high-speed developing of economy, Taiwan began to promote the “Townscape Reform Movement” since the 1990s. This paper focuses on the target, process, institutional arrangement and effect of the “movement”. Based on the research of Taiwan, this paper gives some advises on the construction of rural human settlement in mainland China as well. |
