Abstract： |
By reviewing the process of urban design of Binhai cultural center in Tianjin, this paper thoroughly analyzes the disadvantages and limits of the construction idea, management mode about the public cultural facilities under the current government system in China; tries to contribute new ideas and better city form of the public cultural facilities by combining advanced international experience with local conditions. We hope to make the public space with mixed usage, pleasant scale, urban vitality and diversity in the complex context of China nowadays. |
