Abstract： |
The article introduces the context and organization of Smart Code under New Urbanism, which mainly includes three parts: the components of Form-based Codes（FBCs）, the process to create FBCs, and the Case study. It describes the fundamental elements of FBCs, the part of process gives the actual coding process steps from the beginning to implement, and the case study is about the Smart Code of Montgomery, Alabama, which is one of the best practice examples of FBCs. |
