What is the identity of the “Projet Urbain” in the French way? Actually, each “project” in France has its unique background, challenge, method and different condition for implementation. And there is not utterly limitary of
scale, domain and period. So-called“ in the French way” is the unique culture of “Projet Urbain” which is cultivated in French circumstance. Also form this cultural perspective, it will be explained in three aspects: first is the evolution of the urban concept; second is the latest transform of code; the last one is the particularity of the implementary methods. |
