摘　要：

梳理了美国绿道从公园道到开放空间系统再到绿道的演进路径及其经济社会背景。在此基础上，系统地阐释了美国绿道规划建设实践中网络化的线路布局、生态化的建设手段、系统化的交通衔接、人性化的设施配套、多样化的功能开发等规划建设策略，以及制定规范化的配套法案，建立多元化的融资体系，推进制度化的公众参与，推行市场化的运营模式，进行全方位的宣传推广等保障绿道建设实施和长久运营的管理维护机制，以期对我国绿道规划、建设、运营、管理等在理念和方法上提供实证案例。

Abstract：

The paper summarizes the evolution process and economic and social background of American greenway from “parkway” to “open space system” and then to “greenway”. On this basis, it systematically interprets specific measures and strategies practiced in the American greenway planning & construction, such as networking line layout, ecological construction means, systematic traffic connection, humanized furnished equipment, diversified functional development, etc., and management & maintenance mechanism ensure long-term operation of American greenway, such as formulating standardized supporting laws and regulations, establishing diversified financing system, propelling institutionalized public participation and marketization operation mode, a full range of publicity and promotion, etc., in order to provide the empirical case for our country’s greenway planning, construction, operation and management.
