摘　要：

匹兹堡从一个以钢铁工业为主导的资源型城市逐步转变为软件、人工智能、生物制药等一系列高技术产业为主导的后工业化城市。本文总结分析了匹兹堡转型过程中三个阶段的特点和核心项目，同时讨论了为中心区转型提供空间框架的规划和重点地段规划。

Abstract：

Pittsburgh has been transformed from a resource-based city relying on steel industry to a postindustrial city focusing on a series of high technologies including software, artificial in-telligence and biopharmacy. This paper su-mmarizes the characteristics of three phases in its transitional process and analyzes key projects. It also discusses the plan providing spatial framework to downtown transition and a plan for a si-gnificant district.
