摘　要：

游径（Trail）是户外游憩资源的重要组成部分。自20 世纪30年代尤其是50 年代以来，国家游径系统建设开始受到世界许多国家（地区）的高度重视，并得到了地方政府和民众的大力支持和广泛认同，众多国家（地区）纷纷建立了自己的国家游径系统，国家游径系统成为了一种重要的户外游憩设施。美国在国家游径系统法案的指导下，已建成了世界上最完善的国家游径系统。本文首先对国家游径系统的概念、功能与作用进行了论述，对世界各国国家游径系统起源与发展进行了回顾；然后，对美国国家风景游径建设与管理进行了分析，并从开发与管理角度对阿巴拉契亚国家风景游径进行了探讨；最后，对构建中国国家游径系统提出了建议。

Abstract：

Trail is a vital component of outdoor recreational resources. The construction of National Trails Systems has been attached great importance by many countries （regions） since the 1930s, especially the 1950s, and has been received strong support and broad recognition from the local governments and the domestic community. For this reason, many countries （regions） have established their own National Trails System, which has become a kind of important outdoor recreation facilities. Under the guidance of National Trail System Act, American has built the world’s most comprehensive National Trails System. This essay expounds the function, effect, history of the National Trail System, review the origin and development of National Trail System of the world, analysis the construction and management of American’s National Trail System, and discusses the Appalachian National Scenic Trail from the perspective of development and management .In the end of this paper, it will make a suggestion to the China’s national trails system construction as well.
