摘　要：

伴随着后工业化时代的来临，大都市多中心的职能内涵发生了重大变化：功能从以相对匀质的消费性服务为主导，转向以生产性服务分工合作为主导。本文研究目的是讨论金融视角下的上海大都市多中心分工现象及其影响机制，采用实证分析的研究方法。现象分析部分，从剖析金融服务生产链入手，明确了四种类型的金融功能——管理决策、生产创新、服务和技术支持功能，在上海大都市范围内分离并重新集聚形成中心。机制讨论部分，指出金融深化分工是促使不同金融功能分离和大都市多中心分工现象形成的根本动力。同时，金融政策的引导、城市制造业向郊区转移和集聚以及历史因素等，也在多中心发展过程中起到了相当重要的作用。

Abstract：

When it comes into the post-industrial era, the function connotation of metropolitan multicenter has been changed substantially that from the homogeneous consumer services as leading function, shift to the division of
production services as the leading function. The purpose of this study is to discuss the phenomenon of metropolitan multicenter division and its effect mechanism from the perspective of finance. The research method is the empirical analysis, and taking Shanghai as a case study. In the part of phenomenon analysis, through the anatomy of financial services production chain, four types of financial function which can be separated and agglomerated in metropolitan are pointed out: management decision-making, production innovation, service and technical support. In the part of the mechanism discussion, it points out that the financial deepening division of labor is the basic power of formation and development of multicenter phenomenon. And the financial policy, manufacturing industry of city shifted and agglomeration in suburbs and historical factors also plays very important roles in the multicenter forming process.
