摘　要：

法国方式的城市项目（Projet Urbain）的特性是什么？事实上，每个在法国的“城市项目”都会有它特殊的背景、利害关系、方式方法以及实施的特殊条件。同时，它们也没有尺度、领域、期限的绝对限制。所谓“法国方式”，是指“城市项目”在法国的土壤上孕育出来的特殊“文化”。也正是从文化视角，本文将从三个方面来观察和简要阐述：首先是在城市理念的演化上，其次是最新的法规变革，最后是操作方式方法的特殊性。

Abstract：

What is the identity of the “Projet Urbain” in the French way? Actually, each “project” in France has its unique background, challenge, method and different condition for implementation. And there is not utterly limitary of
scale, domain and period. So-called“ in the French way” is the unique culture of “Projet Urbain” which is cultivated in French circumstance. Also form this cultural perspective, it will be explained in three aspects: first is the evolution of the urban concept; second is the latest transform of code; the last one is the particularity of the implementary methods.
