本文梳理历史发展脉络，阐述了法国针对其区域发展不均衡问题，在“光荣30 年”期间采取的一系列领土整治中的“均衡化”政策，并对其效果进行了简单分析和总结。期待给中国的区域规划带来一定的启示。

Abstract：

According to the historical development, the author describes a series of decentralization policies of French regional planning during the “30 Glorious Years” period, which aims to solve the unbalances of territorial development. Then the author analyzes and summarizes the effects after these policies were taken.
