摘　要：

对1870 年以来荷兰的城镇化与城市区域规划发展演化的过程进行阐述，揭示社会的发展改变了多元的公共利益的角色，同时也改变了与其相伴的城市与区域规划的角色。

Abstract：

This essay describes some aspects of the evolution of urbanization and urban and regional planning in the Netherlands since 1870 CE, and shows that societal trends have shifted the role of various public interests and the concomitant role of urban and regional planning.
