摘　要：

伴随城市化的深入发展，如何构建可持续性的城市社区成为现代城市竞争中不可缺少的关键要素。因此，永续的社区发展与规划成为推动经济发展、生态环境、空间和谐等建设的重要手段，这也是中国未来城市化发展所必须考虑的根本问题。本文以国际化视野为背景，通过对国外可持续社区发展历程和经验的总结，梳理可持续社区的概念内涵、目标理念、评价指标等，并以国外社区发展经验为背景，探讨可持续性社区规划的方法及模式，从而为我国社区可持续性发展提供理论与实践经验借鉴。

Abstract：

With in-depth development of urbanization, how to establish sustainable urban communities has become an indispensable element of competition among the modem cities; therefore, how to further propel connection among economic development, ecological environment and community justice with community planning will be a fundamental issue to be considered for the accelerated development process of China‘s future urbanization. This paper, based on international perspective, combs the connotation, objective, evaluation index and development criteria of sustainable communities by summing up the development course and experience of sustainable communities abroad and explores methods and models of sustainable community planning by taking foreign community development experience as its background, so as to provide theoretical and practical reference to sustainable community development of China.
